Maintenance Assistant

About the role

The Senior Living is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team. The role is guided by the CAPLICO Core Values: Celebration, Accountability, Passion for Learning, Love One Another, Intelligent Risk Taking, Customer Second (Employee First!), Ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing preventative maintenance and resident assistance, building and grounds maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance problems and various related tasks as assigned.
• Performs most tasks independently with occasional assistance of outside vendor.
• Available to respond to maintenance emergencies that may arise outside of regular working hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Electricity, and Mechanics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
