- NCCER certification preferred

- Observant of safety and security procedures; able to determine appropriate action beyond guidelines
- Ability to use equipment and materials appropriately
- Ability to follow instructions and take responsibility for own actions
- Ability to keep commitments, including working long hours when necessary to reach goals
- Ability to complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with an alternate plan
