Plumbing Apprentice

About the role

We're hiring a motivated Plumbing Apprentice who is ready to work, learn, and develop the skills needed to become a successful Service Plumber. You don't need plumbing experience to get started. We provide paid, on-the-job training alongside experienced professionals who will teach you the trade step by step.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot residential plumbing systems
• Aid with fixture, drain, pipe, and water-heater repairs
• Use plumbing tools and materials correctly
• Follow job-site safety procedures
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Prepare to complete service calls independently

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Mechanical ability and an interest in working with tools
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and accept feedback
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Professional communication skills
• Comfort working indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing

Pay

$17.50-$22.00 per hour DOE (Salary is determined by experience)
