Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced plumbers to install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Assist in diagnosing issues with water heaters, piping, fixtures, and drainage systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Identify opportunities to recommend system upgrades, maintenance plans, and additional services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment on every job

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in plumbing or the skilled trades
• Motivation to build a long-term career with advancement opportunities
• Confidence engaging with customers and recommending practical solutions
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and take direction from experienced team members
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements (must be 21+)

Pay

USD $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
