Plumbing and Carpentry Technician
Standard Plumbing & Mechanical Maintenance
Execute standard facility plumbing repairs, monitor pipe circulation, handle fixture installations, and perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
Carpentry & Cabinetry Installation
Construct, repair, and install custom and standard cabinetry, countertops, shelving, doors, frameworks, and wood structures according to blueprints or layouts.
Flooring & Tile Work
Perform hands-on installation, repair, and replacement of various flooring materials, cove bases, ceiling tiles, and wall/floor tile work.
General Structural Maintenance
Perform architectural repairs, drywall taping, structural woodwork adjustments, and finish work to ensure the facility remains fully functional.
Environment Safety
Assist departments across the facility to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for patients and staff.
Education
High school diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
