About the role

We are seeking skilled and reliable Plumbers to join our team in the Dallas market. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and/or industrial environments. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew. Plumbers in this role will communicate regularly with project managers, supervisors, and customers to ensure work meets local code and project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure code compliance
  • Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions
  • Install water heaters, pumps, valves, and drainage systems
  • Work with PVC, copper, cast iron, and other piping materials
  • Ensure all work meets local Dallas and Texas plumbing codes
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of plumbing experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
  • Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred (Apprentices considered with strong experience)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience with new construction, service, or both
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, confined spaces, heights)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Skills

  • Commercial or data center experience
  • Experience with large-scale projects or new construction
  • Backflow certification or medical gas experience (a plus)
