Plumber (Licensed)

Job Summary

New England Mechanical Services is currently seeking a CT licensed plumber (P2 or P1) with 3-5 years of experience for our South Windsor, CT Operations Group. This opportunity requires a self-motivated individual with commercial plumbing, heating, and gas piping experience. Individuals with HVAC piping background are encouraged to apply. Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication and written skills preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Keep trade licenses and certifications current.
• Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI.
• Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as demand requires.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CT P-2 or P-1 license.
• Physical Demands: Regularly walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, hear, smell, lift, set-up and climb ladders as well as stairways. Frequently lift and/or move various weight ranges such as 0-50 lbs., occasionally 51-100 lbs., and seldom 101+ lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance and utilize all protective equipment provided and as required.
