Competitive pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an experienced Plumber (preferred)
• Commercial plumbing experience
• Possession of personal hand tools (wrenches, nut drivers, sheet metal tools) and cordless drill
• Ability to occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with Service Fusion software
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Personable while working on a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean/insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Experience operating heavy machinery

Responsibilities

A typical day as a Plumber on our commercial team includes:

• Digging and installing underground sanitary piping, ensuring it's tested and backfilled
• Roughing-in new drain, waste, and vent systems
• Installing roof drains and storm drainage piping
• Threading and testing building gas pipes
• Installing fixtures such as sinks and drinking fountains
• Interpreting construction drawings to integrate plumbing-specific equipment like water heaters and sump pumps
• Working on ladders or scaffolding while maintaining safety and professional appearance
• Interfacing with customers and training less experienced crew members
