Plumber

Duties & Responsibilities

• Service and repair all types of Plumbing equipment.
• Read blueprints to diagnose, troubleshoot, analyze, and locate malfunctions on Plumbing units.
• Replace defective or worn parts and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide suggestions for increased energy efficiency and set controls to ensure systems are operating correctly.
• Install and assist with the installation of Plumbing equipment as needed.
• Meet customer needs and provide excellent, positive customer service.
• Meet quarterly goals.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of service experience in the Plumbing industry.
• Journeyman or Master License preferred but not required.
• Good clear communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Mentorship - willing to cross-train others.
• Flexible with work hours, capable of being part of an On Call rotation.

Qualifications

• Able to replace defective or worn parts and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide suggestions for increased energy efficiency and set controls to ensure systems are operating correctly.
• Install and assist with the installation of Plumbing equipment as needed.
• Customer-focused to provide positive experiences.
• Minimum 2 years of service experience in the Plumbing industry.
• Good driving record, with no more than 2 points on your license.
• Journeyman or Master License preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills used for both the customer and co-workers.
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Able to be a team member with a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Willing to cross-train others.
• Flexible with work hours, capable of being part of an On Call rotation.
