PLUMBER

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Ensures all work complies with local building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Install new plumbing systems and fixtures according to manufacturer specifications and local regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on existing plumbing systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related experience in plumbing or similar field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing systems and materials.
• Experience with common plumbing tools and equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems related to plumbing.

Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
