About the Role
Join our experienced team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality heating, cooling, indoor air quality solutions, and plumbing services to residential and commercial clients in Broad Brook, CT and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems
- Perform plumbing services including installation, repair, and maintenance
- Provide preventive maintenance services to commercial and residential clients
- Handle emergency service requests as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC/R or plumbing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and related equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
