Pay
- Base pay: $45.00 – $53.00 per hour
- Commission: open to discussion
- Google review spiff: $ per 5‑star review that names you
- Annual bonus based on customer‑satisfaction performance
- Realistic first‑year earnings: $85,000 – $140,000+ for a productive service plumber

Requirements
- Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license
- 3‑5+ years of verifiable residential service plumbing experience
- Proven experience with drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and camera inspections
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Qualifications
- Re‑pipe knowledge and expertise (a strong plus)
- Customer‑first brand ambassador: someone whose personality turns a stressful pipe burst into a 5‑star experience
