We are a customer service company that happens to do plumbing. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Rockstar Plumber to join our team! In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light commercial environments. If you’re a quality‑driven plumber who takes pride in every pipe and joint, we want to put your skills to work on a team that actually values your craft. We’re looking for independent PROs who love the satisfaction of a job well done and thrive in a high‑efficiency environment where your hard work is noticed.

Responsibilities

• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for gas, electric, and tankless water heaters, water‑treatment systems, and leak‑detection systems.
• Install fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools.
• Perform whole‑home plumbing inspections.
• Apply knowledge and expertise in installing re‑piping systems.
• Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders, invoices, and payments on company‑provided iPad.
• Perform drain cleaning, de‑scaling, hydro jetting, and camera inspections.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of verifiable plumbing experience as a journeyman.
• Whole‑home re‑pipe knowledge and expertise.
• Proven experience with drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and camera inspections.
• Dependable PRO with a “Customer First” attitude.
• Brand‑ambassador personality that turns a stressful pipe burst into a 5‑star experience and identifies potential issues to prevent callbacks.
• Maintain a professional image at all times by wearing only company‑approved and provided Benjamin Franklin Plumbing apparel.
• Maintain company vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
• Enthusiasm to learn advanced service applications on company‑provided iPad.
• Must successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and possess a clean DMV record.
