About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues
- Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment
- Install new water treatment systems
- Educate customers on system use and care
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships
- Possess optional plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service
- Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career
Requirements
- Enjoy working with their hands
- Naturally handy or mechanically inclined
- Valid driver’s license
- Can lift 80 lbs

Schedule
- 8-hour shift, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday)
- Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Variable start times available
- On-call rotation
- Overtime available
Pay
Hourly wage + commissions + lead fees
Pay
Up to a $2,000 sign-on and retention bonus
