What you'll do
- Delivering work that meets Company standards for quality on every project
- Completing assigned tasks on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Showing up to the jobsite on time, prepared with tools and proper safety equipment
- Supporting crew productivity, including working extended hours when needed to keep projects on track
- Following all safety protocols and actively participating in weekly safety meetings
- Accurately completing daily timecards with correct job numbers, cost codes, and hours
- Maintaining a clean, organized jobsite, including trailers, tools, and materials
- Securing tools and equipment and reporting any maintenance or repair needs
- Assisting teammates, learning on the job, and contributing to a positive crew environment
- Attending and progressing through a local plumbing apprenticeship program, maintaining required grades and hours for advancement
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
Strong physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
