About the role

Enjoy working with your hands, are naturally handy or mechanically inclined, have a valid driver’s license, can lift 80 lbs, and preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required). No college degree is needed.

Responsibilities

Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues
Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment
Install new water treatment systems
Educate customers on system use and care
Build strong and lasting customer relationships
Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service
Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career
Use optional plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work

Schedule

8-hour shift, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday). Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week. Variable start times available. On-call rotation. Overtime available.
