In this role, you won't just keep your current license—you will receive the hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience necessary to prepare for your Tradesman and Journeyman exam while learning advanced industry responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and system troubleshooting.
- Learning to resolve issues with residential water, drain, and gas piping networks.
- Aiding in replacing and updating residential plumbing fixtures and components.
- Learning advanced diagnostic techniques under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Delivering top-tier customer service and explaining solutions clearly to homeowners.
- Maintaining accurate job documentation, work orders, and digital invoices.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and highly professional work environment.
Requirements
- Licensing: An active and valid Texas Apprentice Registration.
- Driving Record: A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Background: Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Experience & Attitude: Prior residential plumbing experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and an intense desire to learn and advance in the trade are non-negotiable.
