Responsibilities

• Assisting with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and system troubleshooting.
• Learning to resolve issues with residential water, drain, and gas piping networks.
• Aiding in replacing and updating residential plumbing fixtures and components.
• Learning advanced diagnostic techniques under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Delivering top-tier customer service and explaining solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Maintaining accurate job documentation, work orders, and digital invoices.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and highly professional work environment.

Requirements

• Licensing: An active and valid Texas Apprentice Registration.
• Driving Record: A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Background: Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Experience & Attitude: Prior residential plumbing experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and an intense desire to learn and advance in the trade are non-negotiable.
