PLM Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated PLM Program Manager to join their team. As a PLM Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the project management team supporting business transformation initiatives. Job Title: PLM Program Manager Location: Little Rock, AR / Chicago, IL (Onsite) What's the Job? Lead the implementation of the 3DX PLM system for completion activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with IT Project Managers and business stakeholders to optimize solutions that meet organizational needs. Manage and guide a team of business analysts and Subject Matter Experts to deliver project milestones. Develop comprehensive project management documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Promote business transformation activities with positive communication and a collaborative approach. What's Needed? Proven experience managing project lifecycles, delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members. Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
