Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by consistently demonstrating safe behaviors.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Perform electrical wiring on moderately complex control circuits.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues through repair, adjustment, parts replacement, or fabrication.
- Complete equipment changeovers, particularly on fillers and packaging equipment.
- Identify and support root cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, and controls failures.
- Troubleshoot and make minor program adjustments to Allen-Bradley PLC systems, including SLC500, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix platforms.
- Utilize Rockwell FactoryTalk Suite and related Allen-Bradley control systems.
- Support autonomous maintenance and TPM initiatives by training operators on basic mechanical skills.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and reliability.
- Fabricate, repair, and install piping systems, including hot and cold water, steam, process, and condensate lines.
- Apply welding and machining skills across metals, plastics, and composite materials.
- Fabricate or replicate minor machine components as needed.
Total Rewards
- Starting pay: $48.07 per hour.
- The employee will move to a higher rate of $50.47 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
- Shift Premium: Additional pay of $0.96/hour

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical/control systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems, including: - Rockwell FactoryTalk Suite - Logix Platform (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, SLC500, MicroLogix)
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, flowcharts, and block diagrams.
- Experience using precision diagnostic and testing equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, teamwork, attendance, and follow-through skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with filler and packaging equipment.
- Welding and machining experience.
