This position is located in a manufacturing plant in Aliquippa.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the plant’s process control and drive programs.
- Provide programming for plant process control equipment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new PLC technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with impacted stakeholders around needs and project status.
- Support the plant’s networking and computer systems as needed.
- Troubleshoot and install electrical circuits up to 480V.
Requirements
- Certification or specialized education in process control is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability with the engineering, programming, and implementation of industrial control systems.
- Proven experience with control systems components, ladder logic programming, HMI programming, and their applications.
- Aptitude for instrumentation and controls design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Project, and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
- Self-starter with excellent organization skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
