Playroom Attendant

Reporting to the Member Services Coordinator, the Playroom Attendant provides safe, engaging supervision for children ages 3 months to 10 years in the Family Fitness Center Playroom while their parents work out.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing engaging activities for the playroom.
• Enforce playroom policies and maintain a high level of safety and cleanliness.
• Complete child check-ins.
• Manage drop-off and pick-up procedures and communicate important information to parents.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge and competency in childcare.
• Training or experience in childcare, child development, or early childhood/elementary education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (must complete and maintain).
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds, with frequent lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds.

Pay

$15.91 to $20.69 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Schedule

Up to 10 hours per week.
