Overview

Under general direction of the Players Club Manager, supervises the operations of the Player’s Club to ensure customer service standards are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
• Ensures Player’s Club operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Executes all duties in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
