About the role
As a Players Club Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while promoting and managing the casino’s players club program. This role is key to enhancing guest loyalty and ensuring a positive experience on the casino floor.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with players club membership sign-ups, card issuance, and account management.
- Explain the benefits and features of the players club program to guests in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Process guest transactions, including points redemption, promotions, and special offers.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and membership details.
- Resolve guest inquiries or concerns regarding the players club program promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other casino departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and promote cross-departmental initiatives.
- Stay informed about current promotions, events, and updates to the players club program to provide accurate information to guests.
- Uphold the casino’s standards for guest service, professionalism, and compliance with gaming regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in a positive and professional manner.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
