Player Support Producer II (502252)
Position Overview
To define and deliver a high-quality support experience for new game features, partnering across Product, Technology, and Operations.
Lead cross-functional stakeholders through planning, launch readiness, and post-launch measurement to ensure features ship smoothly and improve the player experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in relevant environments
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or production roles
- Proficiency with project/product management tools (e.g., Jira and similar platforms)
- Experience supporting software, game, and/or product development workflows and best practices
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex, cross-team initiatives
