Player Services Cashier I - Hiring Event 8/19

About the role

Join Hollywood Casino Toledo as a Player Services team member in a fast-paced, fun casino environment. You’ll interact with guests, process transactions, and support casino promotions while complying with state and company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external guests following the Red-Carpet Customer Service Program
• Maintain a balanced cashier’s station
• Process cash transactions for casino customers and employees, including cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, traveler’s checks, exchanging currency, and processing cash advances
• Comply with Title 31 regulations
• Enroll patrons into the Players Club, issue Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with casino promotions
• Work the main bank as assigned
• Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette
• Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Minimum of one year of cashiering and/or heavy money handling experience
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager
• Must qualify for licensing by the Ohio Gaming Commission
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Pay

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is part of a competitive Total Rewards package.

Hiring Event

Hollywood Casino Toledo is hosting a Player Services Hiring Event on Wednesday, August 19th. Sessions run from 10 AM–12 PM and 1 PM–3 PM. Bring your resume for immediate interviews.

Location: Back-of-house area of the casino (not on the casino floor).

How to attend: Enter from Miami Street, take a right, and drive past the loading dock area. Park in the large outdoor lot to your immediate left. Walk to where the building meets the parking garage structure and enter the door labeled "Team Member Entrance." Press the buzzer to the left of the second set of doors and inform Security Dispatch you are attending the Player Services hiring event.
