Player Development & Partnerships Manager
About the role
This is a unique role that combines community building, partnerships, and business development. You’ll be responsible for growing relationships with Pikkit’s most engaged users while working with leading partners' player development teams to create programs and acquisition opportunities that benefit both sides. You’ll own this initiative from the ground up, helping define the strategy, build the relationships, and scale the program over time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with Pikkit’s most engaged users.
- Build relationships with player development and acquisition teams at major operators.
- Develop and manage a community of users interested in exclusive opportunities and events with partners.
- Create experiences and programs that strengthen our relationship with our community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users participating in partnership opportunities.
- Gather feedback from users to help improve both the Pikkit experience and our partner relationships.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and exclusive offers with operators.
- Champion responsible gaming standards across all partner programs.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in sports betting, gaming, partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or a related field. Comfortable working directly with users and external partners. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something from the ground up. Highly organized and able to manage multiple relationships simultaneously. Passion for sports betting and a strong understanding of the U.S. sportsbook landscape.
Qualifications
Nice to Have: Experience working with player development teams. Existing relationships within the sports betting industry. Experience building communities, managing customer relationships, or organizing events.
