Platform Systems Analyst (Remote)

Remote contract role supporting a global leader in software development. Work from anywhere to evaluate and optimize computer systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing computer systems and networks to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system upgrades or modifications.
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and training.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on system usage and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with system analysis, including hardware and software evaluation and optimization.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools to streamline system management tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems.

Pay

$66 – $129/hour
