About the role

CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Platform Professional Services Associate Consultant to plan, deploy, implement, and support the CrowdStrike platform and related applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications.
  • Aid customers in operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises.
  • Utilize and engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies.
  • Create scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
  • Develop customer-facing collateral and collaborate with customer IT teams.
  • Support incident response and compromise assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing collateral.
  • Assist with the integration of CrowdStrike into existing tools.
  • Manage and prioritize customer projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, with 2 years of experience in IT deployments or customer environments.
  • Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to present technical content to various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
  • Potential for travel and assignment work.
  • Experience with AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
  • Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon platform (preferred).
  • Experience with endpoint security solutions (Falcon platform, AV, EDR).
  • Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac).
  • Experience with software deployment technologies (SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, PsExec).
  • Experience with development languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Batch).
  • Experience with host-based firewalls, file integrity management, data protection, vulnerability management, attack surface management, IT automation.
  • Experience with compliance standards (CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, HIPAA).
  • Experience with databases (SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale).
  • Experience with identity management (Identity, Active Directory, Azure-AD, SSO).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
