Platform Management - Director - Decision Management Platform

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term strategy for the Decision Management Platform (DMP)
• Establish innovative advancements in DMP capabilities to boost competitive advantage
• Balance immediate customer needs with the strategic vision for market position
• Promote market thought leadership through publications and client engagement
• Quantify growth dependencies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Managers and Managers
• Maintain an accurate customer-facing roadmap for DMP
• Monitor pricing and contract terms to support market adoption and revenue growth
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency and expense management
• Collaborate with Engineering for timely execution of DMP services

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of platform or product management experience in an Agile environment
• In-depth understanding of the Decisioning industry, particularly in banking and insurance
• Expertise in decision logic execution, including rules engines and Machine Learning models
• Proven ability to identify and prioritize market opportunities and establish ROI
• Strong leadership and development skills to elevate product professionals
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas
