Platform Management - Director

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and teams to document product enhancements
• Oversee product lifecycle from planning to deployment
• Maintain a rolling 18-month product roadmap
• Prioritize development efforts for sprints and quarterly planning
• Enable Professional Services and Product Support for client satisfaction
• Support sales teams in large deals and partnerships
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across various departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or financial field; MBA is a plus
• Over 10 years of enterprise software product management experience
• Experience in Financial Services, including Customer Management and Mobile Lending
• Proven track record of managing products through all lifecycle stages
• Experience delivering software projects, emphasizing high throughput and high volume
• Strategic thinker with practical implementation skills
• Experience working with distributed teams to drive product success
