Lead Director, Platform Management
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, Platform Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape platform strategy for a complex healthcare technology environment, turning long-term business goals into clear roadmaps and prioritized initiatives. The role will drive modernization efforts that improve digital-first experiences, automate key processes, and strengthen user confidence through better quality governance. This is a highly cross-functional position that partners with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to advance scalable platform capabilities and support enterprise transformation. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product roadmap and capability strategy for the platform
- Translate long-term business objectives into actionable quarterly roadmaps
- Establish a common intake and prioritization framework for strategic alignment
- Lead modernization initiatives focused on digital-first experiences and AI automation
- Advance integrated capabilities for seamless user experiences
- Establish a UAT Center of Excellence for quality governance and user confidence
- Drive large-scale transformation programs from concept to implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Product Management, Platform Management, or related fields
- 5+ years leading large-scale platform modernization and business transformation initiatives
- 5+ years in product management and strategic planning
- 5+ years managing and developing teams of various roles
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and roadmaps
- Experience establishing product governance and portfolio management frameworks
- 3+ years developing AI strategies for business transformation
Pay
Compensation: $100,000 – $231,540 annually
