About the role

Lead and navigate the company’s infrastructure engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with the business’s overall strategic goals. Direct and oversee development and operations teams, enhancing the collaborative efforts between operations and development (DevOps). Drive continuous process improvements and integrate best practices in automation, system reliability, and efficiency to achieve a scalable and highly available service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and navigate the company’s infrastructure engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with the business’s overall strategic goals.
• Direct and oversee development and operations teams, enhancing collaborative efforts between operations and development (DevOps).
• Drive continuous process improvements and integrate best practices in automation, system reliability, and efficiency to achieve a scalable and highly available service environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, fostering innovation and establishing timelines for project completion.
• Maintain budgetary oversight and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and maintain high standards of service quality and reliability.

Skills

• Proven expertise in managing infrastructure within an information technology framework in the Asset Management industry.
• Strong background in DevOps, demonstrating a thorough understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation tools.
• Ability to foster innovation and effectively manage change within teams.
• Excellent leadership qualities with an ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
