Platform Engineering Manager

The Manager, Platform Engineering - Digital Integration oversees the design, development, and maintenance of digital technology infrastructure supporting IT applications and services. Key Responsibilities Include Leading project implementation, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery within scope.Providing technical guidance on software deployment platforms, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and industry best practices.Ensuring quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to standards.Driving process improvements and implementing standards to enhance development and deployment efficiency.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.Maintaining comprehensive documentation and providing technical support for deployed applications.Managing stakeholder relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring project alignment.Leading and coaching a team of platform engineers, fostering innovation, and supporting their development. Qualifications Include Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience, with proven leadership in middleware platforms for large organizations.Experience defining platform strategy, roadmaps, and influencing vendors and stakeholders.Strong team management skills, including hiring, coaching, and fostering a collaborative culture. This role offers a salary range of $113,000-$165,000, with potential incentive bonuses, and requires no sponsorship.
