What You Will Accomplish

• Own the job framework, data platform, ingestion systems, and retrieval infrastructure that power Eve’s AI workflows, including OCR, transcription, structured extraction, vector stores, search, and scalable document processing.
• Drive product and technical strategy by partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to turn ambitious ideas into scalable, customer-loved products.
• Hire and develop world-class talent by recruiting, mentoring, and growing exceptional engineers and managers.
• Foster a culture where speed and quality coexist by leading multiple high-performing teams building Eve's most critical systems.
• Scale engineering at startup speed by creating conditions for teams to move faster with autonomy, ownership, and clarity.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven track record leading multiple teams or managers in a high-growth startup or similar environment.
• A builder mindset: comfortable diving into technical details when needed, but focused on creating leverage and clarity for others.
• A leader who knows when to coach, intervene, or move out of the way, enabling engineers to operate with ownership and pride.
• Strong product and business intuition: you care as much about what we build as how we build it.
• A passion for AI-driven products and a desire to help shape how this technology transforms an entire industry.

Final compensation

Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
