About the role

The Engineering Leader, Platform Engineering will lead the development and management of critical platform services that power our core business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of modern software engineering practices and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic plans for platform engineering initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure platform services
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement platform strategies
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards in platform engineering
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in platform engineering processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in platform engineering or a similar field
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of engineers
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and containerization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
