About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x, managing installation, upgrades, and lifecycle processes
- Manage Oracle Database 19c RAC, ensuring effective backup, recovery, and performance tuning
- Support administration and monitoring of Oracle Fusion Middleware and WebLogic
- Execute security patching and vulnerability remediation for Oracle applications and database servers
- Oversee operations in cloud or hybrid environments, focusing on automation and monitoring
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, service delivery, and automation across the enterprise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience administering Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database in production environments
- Proficiency in security patching, Linux administration, and vulnerability remediation
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x, Oracle Database 19c, and WebLogic
- Experience with Oracle RAC, RMAN, Data Guard, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud platforms, especially OCI, AWS, or Azure
- AI literacy with the ability to assess enterprise use cases using approved AI tools

Pay
$97,700 – $130,300 annually
