Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains performance, resolves problems, & manages component capacity issues
- Designs, tests, develops, configures, & maintains integrations to platform’s applications
- Adheres to platform’s security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
- Reviews business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, & debugging
- Works closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses & technical proposals
- Deploys and configures platform applications tailored to company needs
- Designs technical solutions, configures/customizes, tests, maintains the platform applications to meet company requirements
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst, in a client facing role
- Prior experience with Life, Absence, and Disability Group insurance domain
- Experience with JIRA, managing the requirements and backlog
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, AWS & Mulesoft
- Experience with Agile/Scrum SDLC
- Experience interfacing with Dev, QA, and demo the changes with external and internal stakeholders
