About the role

Platform Engineer (Combination of Release Engineer, Monitor Kibanna, Dynatrace, Apigee)

Responsibilities

• Strong experience with core AWS services: VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, Backups, EKS, SSO, MSK, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and related security/compliance tooling
• Advanced networking knowledge, including hands-on experience with AWS Transit Gateway (TGW) and Direct Connect – setup, troubleshooting, and hybrid connectivity
• Observability & Monitoring: Experience with Amazon CloudWatch, Grafana, Open Telemetry (OTEL), and proactive alerting and telemetry configuration
• Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Proficient in Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Shell scripting for end-to-end automation
• Container Orchestration: Solid understanding of Kubernetes (EKS) and Istio service mesh for traffic management, security, and observability
• Security & Patching: Experienced in patching and vulnerability remediation in cloud-native and containerized environments, aligned with best practices and compliance
• Programming & Scripting: Hands-on Python development experience for scripting, automation, and infrastructure tooling
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience required
