About the Opportunity:The SENIOR PLATFORM ENGINEER (AWS) is responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of cloud infrastructure while streamlining developer workflows through automation and self-service platform features. This role directly contributes to maintaining developer velocity by identifying bottlenecks, improving deployment processes, and supporting efficient, reliable software releases. Responsibilities:Manage and architect AWS cloud infrastructure including networking configurationsAdminister, optimize, and monitor AWS Kubernetes clustersDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and GitHub ActionsDevelop and maintain Helm charts and platform templates to enable developer self-serviceConfigure and manage service mesh with Istio for secure traffic flow and routingManage infrastructure as code using Terraform for consistent environments Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability EngineeringExtensive hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and networkingProficient in Kubernetes administration and scalingSkilled in CI/CD automation with ArgoCD and GitHub ActionsExperience writing and modularizing Helm chartsCompetent with Infrastructure as Code using TerraformKnowledge of service mesh networking with IstioStrong written and verbal communication skills Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base Salary Range: $150,000–200,000 USD for US-based candidates. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
