Platform Engineer

Platform Engineer - Irving, TX - Contract - $40-50 per HR Description Join our team as a Platform Engineer in a hybrid role based in the Irving, TX region. This is a contract position where you will design and implement developer portal solutions, build integrations with enterprise tools, and develop scalable automation using APIs and templates. You will collaborate with engineering and developer teams to define best practices and drive portal adoption while mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Design and implement developer portal solutions. Build and manage service catalogs and workflows. Integrate with enterprise tools such as CI/CD, Cloud, and Infrastructure as Code. Develop scalable automation using APIs and templates. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Qualifications 7 to 8 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or backend engineering. Hands-on experience with developer portal platforms. Deep experience integrating with CI/CD tools, Cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code. Experience designing and managing service catalogs and data models.
