About the role

Step into a dynamic role with the US Operations team, where you will support seller acquisition, onboarding, and campaign execution for some of the most iconic brands and businesses. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives that connect sellers with consumers in meaningful ways while helping drive the continued growth of TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of project, including merchant onboarding, tracking progress, and data management.
  • Analyze merchant performance (e.g., GMV, ad spend, uplift) and provide structured insights.
  • Assist in executing and evaluating incentive mechanisms (e.g., subsidies, ad credits).
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and category teams to drive merchant performance.
  • Prepare reports, case studies, and post-campaign analyses to distill learnings.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Quick learner, proactive and resilient.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change.
  • Structured thinking, good data sense, very strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward.
  • Passion for business and aim for higher goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce marketplace business, or retail category management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with TikTok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand-creator partnerships is a plus.

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75.
