Platform Campaign Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Operation Center) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of project, including merchant onboarding, tracking progress, and data management.
Analyze merchant performance (e.g., GMV, ad spend, uplift) and provide structured insights.
Assist in executing and evaluating incentive mechanisms (e.g., subsidies, ad credits).
Collaborate with Account Managers and category teams to drive merchant performance.
Prepare reports, case studies, and post-campaign analyses to distill learnings.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Should be good at analyzing numbers / dashboard
- Should have high bar for ownership
- Prior experience in E-commerce / Live Commerce (anywhere globally) is preferred

Pay
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Schedule
Interns have the flexibility to work remotely or in-office based on the nature of employment and the country work location.
