Job Duties
- Operate injection molding machines, including trimming and packaging of parts.
- Assemble chairs, including packaging and labeling of product.
- Inspect parts produced to ensure quality.
- Pack and label knockdown product.
- Clean work area/machinery.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Requirements
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Value Added Skills
- Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience.
- Computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn.
- Positive Attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Working in areas where it can get warm.
- Working in a smoke free environment.
- Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow.
Shift
- This is a Weekend Workforce A shift position.
- Hours are 10pm-10am Friday and Saturday night; then one 8 hour shift during the week.
- Work 32 hours, get paid for 40.
- Shift premium of $3.00/hour Overtime during busy season.
