Plastic Surgeon - Hyattsville, MD

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location: Hyattsville, MD – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute facilities
• Conduct weekly wound rounds across multiple locations
• Utilize proprietary wound-specific EMR for clinical documentation
• Participate in a structured onboarding and 6-month fellowship
• Visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating up to 30 patients

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the relevant state
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
• Desire to become an expert in wound management
• Ability to work independently with flexibility
• Willingness to engage in continuous education and training
