About the Role
Full-time Plastic Surgeon position focused on wound management with a national wound physician group. The role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities.
Physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states, utilizing cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Training and a wound fellowship are provided to ensure clinical excellence.
Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a routine 45-hour work week.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at assigned facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
- Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
- Perform clinical documentation at the point of care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
- W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday (7am–4pm), 4–5 days per week, ~45 hours weekly.
- Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week.
- No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
Pay
Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits.
