Part‑time Plastic Surgeon position with National Wound Physician Group in Pittsburgh, PA offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility and work‑life balance with no nights, no call and no weekend responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound‑certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
• Utilize cutting‑edge clinical technologies and the latest wound‑care modalities.
• Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• Receive physician‑level wound‑management training and a wound fellowship for clinical excellence.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post‑acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long‑Term Acute Care Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Document clinical notes at point of care in real‑time using a proprietary wound‑specific EMR.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state where you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Paid training provided during onboarding plus a 6‑month wound‑care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract (no work‑visa sponsorship available).

W2 full‑time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits.

Schedule

• No nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑4 pm; part‑time options available.
• Part‑time role requires a minimum of 3 days per week; full‑time role is 4‑5 days per week.
• Mobile practice within a 40‑60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Physicians typically visit 2‑3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20‑30 patients per day.
