Plastic Surgeon

About the Role

Part-time Plastic Surgeon position in Bronx, NY with a national wound physician group. This role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states, utilizing cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. You will become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.

Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a routine 45-hour work week. This role is mobile, with physicians visiting facilities in a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location, conducting weekly wound rounds at each facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Perform clinical documentation at the point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
• No work visa sponsorship is available.

Schedule

• Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time available.
• Part-time role: minimum of 3 days per week.
• Full-time role: 4 - 5 days per week.
