Plastic Surgeon
About the Role
Part-time plastic surgeon position focused on wound management with a national wound physician group. This role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities.
Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states, utilizing cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Training and a wound fellowship are provided to ensure clinical excellence.
Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a routine 45-hour work week.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in wound management through training from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
- Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings.
- Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
- Complete clinical documentation in real-time during rounds using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
- W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM), 4–5 days per week.
- Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week, with no call or weekend clinical responsibilities.

Practice Overview
This is a mobile practice where physicians visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
