Plastic Surgeon

About the Role

Part-time plastic surgeon position focused on wound management in Sheboygan, WI. The role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and a strong work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities. Physicians provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.

This is a mobile practice where physicians visit 2-3 facilities per day within a 40–60 mile radius, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is completed in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management through training from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at assigned facilities.
• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM), 4–5 days per week, ~45 hours weekly.
• Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week (flexible scheduling).
• No call, no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Pay

W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits. Part-time compensation is prorated based on hours worked.
