Position Summary

The Plant Supervisor- Structural (3rd Shift 900pm-530am) supervises activities of Shop employees, supports manufacturing, and safety objectives.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring Sponsorship
  • Available to work on-site daily in Hobart, Indiana
  • Available to work 3rd shift hours 900pm-530am (Two Saturdays monthly will be required as well)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis tools
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience

  • Supervisory experience a plus

Pay

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00
