Position Summary
The Plant Supervisor- Structural (3rd Shift 900pm-530am) supervises activities of Shop employees, supports manufacturing, and safety objectives.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring Sponsorship
- Available to work on-site daily in Hobart, Indiana
- Available to work 3rd shift hours 900pm-530am (Two Saturdays monthly will be required as well)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis tools
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience

- Supervisory experience a plus

Pay
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00
